Internal Regulations

Only the French version is legally binding; other versions serve for reference purposes only.

I. General Rules

  1. The internal regulations aim to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness and are mandatory for all clients. By purchasing an entry ticket, the client unconditionally agrees to these terms, as well as any other provisions for maintaining operational safety. All clients must strictly follow the staff's instructions and the establishment’s code of conduct.
  2. By purchasing a ticket, the client acknowledges and accepts without reservation the provisions, rates, and penalties outlined in the posted tariff regulations of C.N.I. Les Thermes at the entrance.
  3. Facilities must be handled with care. In cases of abuse, dirtiness, or intentional damage, the client will be held responsible.
  4. Clients must refrain from any behavior that contravenes good morals, safety, tranquility, and order. Additionally, photography and filming are prohibited unless expressly permitted by the management.
  5. Smoking inside the facility is prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas in the sauna space.
  6. The use of glass containers is prohibited in changing rooms, restrooms, and the bath area.
  7. The staff of Les Thermes enforce these internal regulations towards clients. Clients who do not comply may be temporarily or permanently barred from the facility, and their entry fee will not be refunded.
  8. Lost items are managed according to legal provisions and must be handed over to the staff.
  9. For safety reasons, video surveillance of the entire complex is conducted to protect clients and facilities.

II. Opening Hours and Access

  1. Opening hours and cash desk closing times are officially announced.
  2. Clients must exit the pools, saunas, and baths 30 minutes before closing time.
  3. Management may limit the use of all or part of the facilities.
  4. Access is not permitted to: a) Persons under the influence of narcotics (e.g., alcohol, drugs), b) Persons accompanied by animals (except for assistance dogs), c) Persons with a communicable disease as defined by law (a medical certificate may be required) and persons with open wounds or skin rashes.
  5. Persons who cannot use the swimming pool independently without endangering themselves or others must be accompanied by a qualified adult. The same applies to children under 10, who must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. Every client must have a valid entry ticket for the respective services.
  7. Entry tickets, fees, and charges are non-refundable. In the event of a lost subscription, SplashCard, or SplashBadge, the client must verify their identity to receive a replacement card for a fee of €10. The card amount is non-refundable. For each lost bracelet, an additional charge of €15.00 is applied for minors under 18, and €50.00 for adults over 18.

III. Responsibilities

  1. Clients use all facilities at Les Thermes at their own risk, notwithstanding the operator's obligation to keep the facilities safe. The operator is not liable for force majeure or defects that could not be immediately detected despite usual care.
  2. The operator disclaims responsibility for loss, damage, or disappearance of personal belongings. It is advised not to bring valuable items.
  3. The operator or their staff is only liable for personal and property damage in cases of deliberate misconduct or gross negligence. This also applies to vehicles parked on Les Thermes' premises.

IV. Use of Baths and Changing Rooms

  1. The client locks the cabin or locker themselves. Throughout their visit, they must keep their chip bracelet with them. In case of loss, the client must verify their identity and pay €50.00 for adults and €15.00 for children. Before leaving, the client must return the chip bracelet and pay their charges. Payments can be made by bank card at check-in and check-out. All expenses incurred inside the establishment are recorded on the chip bracelet and cannot be settled in cash or by bank card.
  2. The use of mobile phones, gaming consoles, music players, electronic devices, and cameras is prohibited throughout the complex.
  3. It is mandatory to shower before entering the pools. The use of soap outside the showers is not allowed.
  4. Clients may not enter the showers or the pool with street shoes.
  5. Staying in the pool area is permitted only in proper swimwear.
  6. Use of the diving board is at the client's own risk. The supervisory staff decides when the diving board is open.
  7. When the diving board is open, remaining in the jump area is prohibited.
  8. The use of fins, diving masks, snorkels, or swimming aids is allowed only with special permission.
  9. Wearing a swim cap is not mandatory, but long hair (shoulder-length) must be tied back for safety reasons.
  10. In the event of technical failures, all or part of Les Thermes may be closed. In such cases, the entry fee is non-refundable, even partially.
  11. Bringing coolers and camping equipment is prohibited. Eating and drinking around the pools and outside designated dining areas is not allowed.

V. Special Facilities

  1. Special regulations may be enacted for other facilities of the baths (e.g., sauna, slides, steam bath, solarium).
  2. The internal regulations apply to general bathing activities. During other events and activities, exceptions to these regulations may be permitted without requiring a special repeal of the internal regulations.
  3. Use of the slide is at the client's own risk and in accordance with the regulations posted there.

Certain personal data are transferred to subcontractors under subcontracting agreements. The subcontractors have confirmed as of May 25, 2018, to process the data entrusted to them in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Providers and Data Storage Information:

  • Amazon Web Services Inc: Hosting of the website, all data entered in forms on the site, data storage in Germany, France, Ireland.
  • Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd: Newsletter service, email addresses, tracking of emails sent and links clicked, data storage in Australia.
  • Cloudflare Inc: Cloud firewall, protection against malicious attacks, caching engine, all data transferred between your browser and the website, data dynamically stored depending on the visitor's geographic location.
  • Google LLC: Statistical analysis (Google Analytics), social media (Google+), Google fonts, pages viewed, clicks, technical data of the browser and the terminal used to connect to the site, data storage in EU member states and the USA.
  • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.: Online payment processing, data entered during online payment, data storage in EU member states.

Your Rights In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify, and where appropriate, erase information concerning you. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and, for legitimate reasons, the right to object to the processing of your data.
