| Aqua-Zumba | The Aqua Zumba class strengthens muscles, improves fitness, and provides great enjoyment. The Latin American rhythm is motivating, the movements are gentle on the joints but perfectly burn calories. An aquatic class in a very special way! |
| Aqua-Circuit | Looking for a comprehensive and fun activity? Aqua-Circuit is for you! With a series of workshops using equipment (bikes, dumbbells, elastic bands, trampolines, etc.), you work on all different muscle groups (abdominals, back, chest, arms, legs and glutes). For those who appreciate varied work with equipment – without choreography – and seek effective results. |
| Aqua-Cycling | Designed for all ages, this intense, dynamic concept closely related to music brings varied results and pleasures. Different exercises slim and firm the lower body, boost muscle tone, increase endurance, and maintain overall health. |
| Aqua-Gym | Exercises in the water build endurance and strengthen muscles. With music, it's even better. Go for it! Aqua-Gym is a complete class with or without the use of equipment. You'll feel energized afterwards. |
| Aqua-Fitness | Aqua-Fitness Okeo Method is a cardio, energetic, musical and intense toning aquatic workout. You learn to use water to train using aquatic resistance. Strength and power characterize this new approach. |
| Private Lessons (CP) | Lessons last 30 minutes and are for children and adults. The goal is to gain independence in the water and learn to swim properly. |
| Aqua-Senior | Aquatic classes for seniors are healthy and enjoyable. Muscles are mobilized and strengthened without joint overload. The aging process is delayed. As part of rehabilitation, exercising in water encourages the healing process. Water gymnastics is one of the best methods to maintain health, well-being and stay young. |
| Aqua-Mini | This class is for children aged 3 months to 5 years old. It primarily serves to familiarize young children with water and positively influence their development. |
| Swimming Lessons | These swimming lessons are for children aged 5 to 10 years old. The goal is to gain independence in the water and learn to swim properly. |
Swimming Lessons for children
Which class suits my child?
For example: Make sure your child is a 'Penguin' before enrolling them in the 'Turtle' group.
If you're unsure about the levels – dive into the fun, a swimming instructor can advise you!
PENGUIN – Beginners 4-5 years
Acclimatization to the aquatic environment. "I can blow bubbles and retrieve an object underwater."
PENGUIN – Beginners 6-7 years
Acclimatization to the aquatic environment. "I can blow bubbles and retrieve an object underwater."
TURTLE – Intermediates 4-5 years
Moving in the aquatic environment, without flotation aids. "I can move on my back and stomach and float on my back."
DUCK – Advanced 6-7 years
Learning swimming techniques. "I can swim at least two swimming styles." (e.g. breaststroke and backstroke or freestyle)
FISH – Experts 7-10 years
Perfecting swimming techniques. "I master various swimming styles."

How to Register for Courses?
Are you a new customer? Please follow these steps:
- Before registering, please set up your account at our website www.lesthermes.net.
- Classes go on sale at specific dates and times.
- Availibilty of classesy may change due to cancellations, potentially opening up new spots.
- Your registration is confirmed once you complete all steps and make payment via PayPal or credit card.
- Please note that reservations or payments at the reception desk or subsequent payments via PayPal are not permitted.
- If a course is out of stock, you can leave your email address to be notified of any stock updates.
- A maximum of two spots per course can be purchased per order.
What You Need for the Course:
- Swimwear (trunks or swimsuit)
- Large towel and/or bathrobe
- Water shoes (not necessary for children's classes)
- Special swim diapers for the "Aqua-Mini" courses
- Swim caps are not mandatory, but long hair must be tied back.
Additional Information:
- Please check in 10-15 minutes before your class.
- With a SplashBadge/Speedlane you can pass immediately through the turnstile.
- Please note: There are no classes during school holidays in Luxembourg.
